When running COACH online, it provides a residue-specific binding probability as estimated by SVM. I'm wondering if there's a way to calculate these residue-specific binding probability without running the entire COACH program, perhaps by using the standalone program. I couldn't find any options in the README for COACH to calculate these probabilities. Thank you
