Hi, it's nearly a week that I'm dealing with Torque server configuration. Using apt-get or aptitude (ubuntu), yumex (fedora) or installing final official versions in recommended linuxes such as scientific linux, didn't make that work. Is there any replacement for torque server or is there any way to run I-TASSER in parallel without using torque? Because I know it wont work for even one year of trying! I would greatly appreciate any help.
