Dear I-TASSER team:
We have three questions.
1. We downloaded and installed I-TASSER locally ,then we put the same sequence on the web site of
http://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/LOMETS/ and local site of LOMETS . All default parameters are
used, but we got two different rank results.
Why the results from LOMETS web server and stand alone one differ?
2. We noticed the web site of LOMETS, it says that it uses 9 different programs . But we checked the runLOMETS.pl
,it is not the same as the web site. It is only 8 programs.
To run LOMETS locally, how could we include the extra programs as stated in the web site?
3. We used download_lib.pl to download PDB templates.
But some templates were not found in the local PDB database.
Why are they not inside the local PDB database?
