Hello Forum Admin:
I am using the latest version (ver 4.1) of I-TASSER suite and the latest template libraries (downloaded in the last few days). This question about the stand-alone version of I-TASSER.
My OS is
> uname -ar
Linux fr-s-hpc-a1-26 3.2.0-64-generic #97-Ubuntu SMP Wed Jun 4 22:04:21 UTC 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
When I run runCOFACTOR after I had finished modeling using ITasser, I get the "Undefined subroutine error" (shown below). Can someone help me with this issue?
