Thank you very much. I have submitted the predicted structure models through I-TASSER sever to Verify_3D. But there are 43.21% residues which had an averaged 3D-1D score >0.2. The predicted structure doesn't pass the standard of Verify_3D. It seems that the models is not reliable. Would you please help me take a look. Thank you very much.

Furthermore, I find that the other author predicted the mutate models via MODELLER. Is it feasible if I predict the mutate structure modes via I-TASSER?
