i am looking for help on the FASTA format input file for the "Specify template with alignment". i have uploaded this file..but the job submission gives error. can anyone help. here i have attached the file...
Also, i would like to know if the "sequence that needs to be submitted in the box 1" is the same in the .FASTA file...i mean with "----VGM" onwards or just a normal complete sequence.
any suggestion would be much appreciated.
