psitmp.chk is not creating when running blastpgp with the following command .
./blastpgp -b 1000 -j 3 -h 0.001 -d /sivatop/nr/nr -i /sivatop/I-TASSER4.1/example/seq.fasta -C psitmp.chk -Q pssm.txt > blast.out
Please help, I have been facing this problem from many days.. I couldn't go further because of this problem.... suggest me what shall i do. I re downloaded blast version that is compatible to by system.
