When i was running runCOFACTOR.pl program it was giving the following error :
perl runCOFACTOR.pl -pkgdir /sivatop/I-TASSER4.1 -libdir /sivatop -protname seq -model model1.pdb -datadir /sivatop/I-TASSER4.1/example
Undefined subroutine &main::get_absolute_path called at runCOFACTOR.pl line 62.

Same error but, where can I download individual scripts for COFACTOR and TMSITE.
