Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm trying to reproducing a result from a previous research paper. ITASSER returned me a set of templates different from what was specified in the paper, therefore, the resulting models were quite different. I tried to explicitly specify them using either the webserver of stand-alone version, but I could not find an example on specifying multiple designated templates. The only example I found was in here: http://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/I-TASSER/option2.html
So, I guess the questions are:
If I am using the webserver, how should I specifying all of the additional templates in the submission form?
If I am using the stand-alone version, how would I specifying them? Is it by using the option of -restraints3 and give it a value of a file with all the pdb codes as content?
