Modeling Protein That Faces Both Water and Oil Environment

To Whom It May Concern,

I am working on a protein that has domains that are partially embedded
in a lipid droplet. These domains are composed of beta strands. May
preliminary analyses (hydrophobicity and transmembrane analysis) suggest
that domains are on the surface of the lipid droplet with one
face interacting with hydrophobic neutral lipids in the core, and the
other side of the beta strand interacts with water.

I would appreciate if you could help me on this matter and provide me
with information how to prepare the input for the I-TASSER server. In
more detail, how can I specify input to the I-TASSER server for the
protein that is on a border between oil and water?

Thank you very much
