When I downloaded the 26 files of nr (nr.00.tar.gz, nr.01.tar.gz, ....., nr.26.tar.gz) from the link: ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/db/ , the i-tasser didn't run, it was written: "Your library files are not complete, please download library with the script download_lib.pl", only when I added the file nr from the default version of nr in the I-tasser package it ran. Can you please explain that, and should I add the nr file to the 26 files which were downloaded from: ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/db/
