Is it no longer possible to exclude templates when using I-TASSER server? I uploaded a .txt file following the required format for listing PDB data to exclude, but I get an error message, stating what format needs to be used. I've tried this with two jobs now. I could submit the jobs fine without the excluded PDB templates. I attached my exclusion file here. (It does not matter whether or not I include % cutoff; the server does not let me submit with this file.)
