I don't get consistent results between I-TASSER, LOMETS and MUSTER for the same sequence.
In particular, why MUSTER's template ranked as number 1 (1b3uA) don't show up in LOMETS, and why LOMETS's first ranked template (4c0oA2) don't show in I-TASSER? In other words, how did I get I-TASSER template 4uxvA from MUSTAR?
