I run COACH in local server and get a result ,which is different from in web service. Web service outfile in http://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/COACH/output/CH015982/ has a file named "Bsites.inf", it included the pocket information . I want to get it , But I run "/home/user/BIOTOOL/I-TASSER4.2/I-TASSERmod/runCOACH.pl -pkgdir /home/user/BIOTOOL/I-TASSER4.2/ -libdir /home/user/BIOTOOL/I-TASSER4.2/ITLIB/ -protname model -model model.pdb -datadir /home/user/working/tmp/ -LBS true -EC true -GO true -homoflag real " , All program seem to right , I can't find the "Bsites.inf". So, where or how to get it .
