Serotonin not a predicted ligand for Serotonin receptor? Using COACH.

Hi there,

I've been using the COACH server to predict binding residues of the 5-HT (a.k.a Serotonin) GPCR receptors for a few different species. However, the COACH results predict 0HK and P32 as the most likely ligands, not Serotonin. This is the case even for human serotonin receptors. Serotonin binding to human 5-HT receptors is very well researched and has been around in scientific literature for some time. So I was wondering, why do I get these incorrect results from the COACH prediction server?

Thanks for any help!
