says to download PSI-BLAST from here:
ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/executables/release/LATEST/
however, that link appears to be broken.
Should it be replaced with the following?
ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/executables/blast+/LATEST/
Also, the Third Party page says to "Download and install non-redundant (nr) sequence database", from:
ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/blast/db/
Is that different than what is downloaded by download_lib.pl from:
ftp://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/download/nr.tar.gz
