I am interested to use BindProfX. However, it is not running properly in my system.
First problem is following error.
> ValueError: Cannot change id from `(' ', 1, ' ')` to `(' ', 1, ' ')`. The id `(' ', 1, ' ')` is already used for a sibling of this entity.
It comes from Biopython. I used biopython1.7 with python2.7. Do you have any suggestion to fix this issue?
Secondly, I am interested to use with FoldX, but by checking the available option, I could not figure out how to use.
