Template Library for I-TASSER Suite

(last update: 2012/05/11)

This page includes all the template library files needed for the I-TASSER, MUSTER, SEGMER, and LOMETS programs. All libraries are weekly updated.

  • PDB (~715MB): PDB structures of a representative set of proteion templates (for I-TASSER, LOMETS, MUSTER and SEGMER).
  • MTX (~255MB): Sequence profiles from PSI-BLAST search (for I-TASSER, LOMETS, MUSTER and SEGMER).
  • DEP (~154MB): Structure profiles of templates (for I-TASSER, LOMETS, MUSTER and SEGMER).
  • SIG (~165MB): Residue environmental profiles of templates (for I-TASSER, LOMETS).
  • CNT (~64MB): Side-chain center contacts of templates (for I-TASSER, LOMETS).
  • summary1 (~33MB): Sequence, secondary structure, solvent accessibilty, phi/psi angles (for I-TASSER, LOMETS, MUSTER and SEGMER).
  • summary2 (~185MB): Training data for phi/psi prediction and contact prediction by SVM (for I-TASSER, LOMETS, MUSTER and SEGMER).
