When I run the I-TASSER on our server, I got the error :/bin/cp: writing `./temp.pdb': No space left on device in several error files:

I have changed the /tmp file directory to our /scratch directory in the runI-TASSER.pl . Is there any other settings I have to change?
The test protein I used has over 1300 amino acids. So how many disk space I need for the tmp file to finish the job?
