Dear All,
I would like to use I-Tasser software for sampling protein conformation space. Can I generate a large decoy set using the installed version of the software. Right now the nmodel variable is limited to the maximum range of 10. Is it possible to get a pool of decoys. I don't want to refine the structures, rather I just need a decoy pool.
Please guide me through the steps. Your help will be highly appreciated.
