I submitted the sequence of a protein to I-TASSER, and got two models attached to the email back from you. I was wondering why there were two models. I am not an expert in structure, and I couldn’t tell the differences between the two models from the two pictures. Could you help me and tell me the differences between the two? Thank you very much!
