Sir,
I had to resolve the structure of a sequence longer than 1500 residues (namely 1763), containing multiple domains. Therefore i submitted it spliced in two parts (Job S83155 and S83452).
I tried a docking of the output, but the results seems to be very poor.
Could you, please, help me in same way?
