Hi,
I successfully used the SPRING tool to model a homodimer and tried using COTH, but while DeepView recognizes the SPRING model as a valid PDB, it is giving me an error that the COTH model is not a valid PDB file or contains only a carbon trace. The two files look similar in text view except the COTH file does not have two columns to the right that the SPRING file does. Has anyone else run into this problem? Any known fixes?
