Since emrefinement seems to be a time consuming process, is it possible for you to use qsub to execute it?
Of course, I know that it is not difficult to do it by editing perl script by myself.
But, if it is possible, there are no reasons not to use qsub....
Apparently, there will be no problems to do this.
