I am the user of I-TASSER. Recently, I submitted a job for I-TASSER (ID: S135453) with 3 user defined templates under Restraints option. The supplied restraints (.txt file) for this job includes three user defined templates aligned respective with query. But there was only one template considered in my final result. Those three templates I am using are three different portions of my Query protein crystallized as three separate PDB files. Please let us know whether I-TASSER could consider more than one user specified templates or not? If so, how could I mention them in the options. Please reply at your earliest convenience.
