Is, say, a value of 0.567 for IDEN high or low, significant/insignificant? Or acoverage of 0.467 significant/not?
Also, with the top ten templates...are these the ones that overall are most similair to the query sequence I put in?
It is easy for things like the TM score, cos it says celalry that anything above 0.5 indicates a model of correct topology. Why are there no rules for the other info? Is there so rule like this for IDEN, Cscore, etc etc etc.
