We want to compare two proteins with only one base pair polymorphism. The sequence of the protein is as followed. So the protein will be changed from Val to Ile at 337. We want to now if the function, secondary structure or binding changed. Can you tell us if there is any difference for these two protein? Or how can we compare the difference? Thank you very much!
