I checked the queue and the last thing I submitted was over 1 year ago (Aug 2012). But now I try to submit and get:
"ERROR
We have received jobs submission from this IP address and 1 jobs are in pending.
Since the current number of submitted jobs is very much beyond what our computer resource can handle, please do not submit new sequences until the pending jobs are finished. This is for the purpose to use our limited computing resource to serve more users from different laboratories. Thanks for your understanding and using the I-TASSER Server!
The last job from this IP has not been processed yet."
I tried deleting the last submission (from 2012) and still getting the same message.
Any ideas on how I can fix this?
