We are implementing the stand-alone I-TASSER suite v3.0 on our local server. The 'run solve' step produces what looks like "raw" output in file exp.dat, comprising a 17-column matrix of 1's and 0's. However, the solvent accessibility results returned by the I-TASSER on-line web server comprise final scores, ranging 0-9, for solvent accessibility per residue. I don't see any file in the stand-alone output that resembles the final scores as seen on the web server. Is the stand-alone suite supposed to be "finishing" the solvent accessibility computations, and if so, what filename would those be found in? Or, perhaps this has not yet been added to the stand-alone suite(?). Thanks for your help.
