Hello I-Tasser developers!
I am using STRUM, which requires I-tasser library files; however. I am not able to download them using 'download_lid.pl script. Kindly help me doing it.
Before running this script, I manually created a dir STLIB under strum directory, and then run the command from I-Tasser dir.
[singhma@genesis I-TASSER4.4]$ ./download_lib.pl -libdir /home/gnss/singhma/STRUM/STLIB -B true -N true -P true System call failed: at ./download_lib.pl line 214.
Then, I tried manually: >>STRUM/STLIB]$ wget http://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/library/
this download an index file only.
could you please suggest me what is wrong in this and how to correct it.
