GPCR-I-TASSER -- question about transmembrane regions and database updates

Hello --

Thanks for making the results of GPCR-I-TASSER available online and for continuing to update this dataset. Would you be able to clarify a few things?

1. When a given human GPCR becomes solved, how is this reflected in the GPCR-I-TASSER prediction dataset? Would the prediction be dropped? Replaced with the solved structure?

2. Could you clarify where the TM predictions (i.e. inside, outside, transmembrane) for a given structure come from (e.g. on the figures here https://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/GPCR-HGmod/models/Q6IFB0)? Are the done in concert with the 3D structure prediction or, perhaps, done directly from sequence before the 3D structure is predicted?

2a. Would it be possible to download the TM predictions for each GPCR in the dataset (say in text form)? I downloaded the tarball available on the website, but don't see an easy way to pick this information up.

I appreciate your assistance in advance!

Thanks,
Shyam
