Hi all,
so I know how the secondary structure of my protein for which I'm trying to build a model looks like...But if I specify the secondary structure (in option III in the online gui), it seems it doesnt give a high enough weight/relevance on it...it disregards it and just builds the homology model way to similair to the template used...while I would like that it would spatially be similair to the used template, but have a secondary structure exactly as I specified it.
