I-TASSER5.1 SegFault - Linux subsystem for Windows

Hi,

I'm trying to run I-TASSER5.1 however it fails with a segmentation fault at the simulation stage

The output from runI-TASSER.pl runs through to "4.1 run simulation" with no apparent problems, however then fails with the errors "bzip2: Can't open input file rep*.tra: No such file or directory."

Looking through other peoples' issues I saw that I can intercept the intermediate files for the simulation by modifying the sim_1M script to nor remove the working directory files. I did that, and checked the sim_1M folder in the working directory. Everything seemed in place, however running cas_sim_1M gives the error "Segmentation fault (core dumped)".

My system is running Ubuntu 14.04.5 as a Linux subsystem for Windows.

Any help would be much appreciated!
Richard
