I-TASSER ended with error

I have used I-TASSER as parallel which ended with an error. I have posted the error in the following topic and nobody answered.
http://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/bbs/?q=node/3478

By the way, I ran I-TASSER as serial from the beginning and it ended with an error! I also increased simulation time to 400 but I-TASSER ignored!
