5.1 do clustering - No. of trajectory files: 0

Hi,

I'm getting this error when I submit jobs to my local server that when trying to do clustering I'm told I have no trajectory files.

Looking at the standard output file the 14 simulations would appear to have worked, but looking at the error file reveals that this is not the case. That file contains the following:

FORTRAN STOP

Fortran runtime error: End of file
Illegal division by zero at /biol/people/co631/public_html/tmp/sd1025/DrBphO/MUSTER_DrBphO line 599.

I'm not sure what's causing this, I've run many jobs successfully and I don't think I've made any changes since my last completed job that would alter how the program works, is there a solution to this?

Thanks,
Callum.
