PDB Templates are listed inside each of the EC/GO/Binding Site annotation files. However, these PDB templates may not be listed in the top templates found in similarpdb_model1.lst. Similarly, the templates listed in similarpdb_model1.lst may not be found in any of the EC/GO/Binding Site annotation files.
Can you tell me the correlations between the top templates found in similarpdb_model1.lst and the EC/GO/Binding Site predictions? All these annotation files and the similarpdb_model1.lst are found inside the model1/cofactor folder after a I-TASSER job is completed on my locally installed I-TASSER server.
