Continue for problems about using I-TASSER

Dear I-TASSER technology support committee:
I paste the problems as follows, and you tell me to run it. Now I get the results, I find ten PDB files with the name closc[1-10].pdb, ten PDB files with the name combo[1-10].pdb and five PDB files with the name emmcclosc[1-5].pdb, are the emmcclosc[1-5].pdb the result models? I see the emmcclosc[1-5].pdb is empty, does that mean I do not get the result? Could you please help me?
By the way, I see a lot of this :

/bin/cp: cannot stat `pair.3': No such file or directory
/bin/cp: cannot stat `pair.1': No such file or directory

Thank you very much!

The following is what I told you before:

Dear, I try to replace $libdir/bin/pair99 by pair99-64, and I have downloaded all the necessary libraries from http://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/library/, but is still not work. See:
./runI-TASSER.pl -libdir /home/rcrg4/class_project/tool/I-TASSER -seqname seq.fasta -datadir /home/rcrg4/class_project/tool/I-TASSER/data -usrname rcrg4
Your setting is:
-libdir =/home/rcrg4/class_project/tool/I-TASSER
-seqname =seq.fasta
-datadir =/home/rcrg4/class_project/tool/I-TASSER/data
-usrname =rcrg4
-runstyle =serial
-homoflag =real
-idcut =1
-ntemp =20
-nmodel =5
1. make seq.txt and rmsinp
2.1 run Psi-blast
2.2 run psipred
2.3 run solve
2.3 run solve
2.4 run pairmod
2.4.1 removing homology templates based on real and 1
2.4.2 running pair ................
