Dear professor,
I used I-TASSER with distance restrains to getting 3D models. I want to explore the cross-linking of protein, so I set the distance of two atom.
The job id number is S459795.
The contact distance restrains were:
DIST 60 CD2 92 NH1 1.5
But the model1 in result was not show right distance. So what's the problem of this situation?
